How long will it be before I can access the program after signing up? Back to Top
After signing up for the trial, you will have immediate access to VectorVest OnLine. By the time you receive your trial package you will have access to all of our products for the duration of the trial period.

I forgot my username or password. What do I do? Back to Top
If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the following link and enter in your email address you provided us when the account was created. Click here to retrieve your username or password

How do I change my password? Back to Top

  • VectorVest OnLine
    • Login to VectorVest using the Link at the top right of this page
    • Click on Change your Password link at the bottom of the product links page
    • Enter in your old password, the new password, and confirm the new password
    • Click Ok
  • VectorVest ProGraphics v6.0
    • At the top of the homepage, click Edit
    • Click Change Password
    • Enter your username, old password, your new password and confirm your new password in the appropriate fields
    • Click Ok

How do I update my contact and billing information? Back to Top

  • When logged into one of the VectorVest Online Products
    • Click on My Profile in the upper right corner just under your name
    • This will allow you to correct your contact information, billing address, shipping address and credit card information
    • From here you will also have access to change your password, access products and your subscription under the "My Subscription" tab
  • When logged in from the web site www.vectorvest.com you will be taken to the Online Member Services page
    • From this page you can click on the VectorVest Store icon on the top of the page or at the bottom of the page you can click on Update your customer profile or change your password
    • By clicking on any of these 3 locations you will be taken to a location that will allow you to correct or change your contact information, billing address, shipping address and credit card information
    • From here you will also have access to change password, access products and your subscription under the "My Subscription" tab
